OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated November 29, 2000, and pursuant to

Section 7 and

Section 16 of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to: (

a) subject to paragraph (b), approve the granting of 66 foot wide easements with respect to Crown lands located at Goldenville, Guysborough County, and shown outlined in red on the plan marked

Schedule "B" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, to Sherbrooke Waterfront Developments Inc., its successors and assigns; (

b) in exchange for the easements referred to in paragraph (a), acquire a release from Sherbrooke Waterfront Developments Inc., of a 66 foot wide right of way with respect to Crown lands located at Goldenville, Guysborough County, and shown outlined in bold, dashed lines on the plan marked

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation; and (

c) to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
