Order in Council 559/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Order in Council numbered O.C. 2215/2017 dated November 15, 2017 that reappointed David John Simourd of Kingston as a part-time Psychologist member of the Ontario Review Board under the Criminal Code, be revoked effective as of the date this Order in Council is made.
