I, Anne Currie, Chief Gold Commissioner, Ministry of Energy and Mines, order that

(

a) B.C. Reg. 287/88 is amended as set out in

section 1 of the attached Schedule, and

(

b) B.C. Reg. 413/75 is amended as set out in

section 2 of the attached Schedule.

Schedule

1 B.C. Reg. 287/88 is amended by repealing paragraph (

a) of

Schedule A and substituting the following:

(

a) all designated placer land under the former Acts referred to in

section 46 (2) of the Mineral Tenure Act , and .

2 B.C. Reg. 413/75 is amended in

Schedule F by adding after " being the point of commencement "the following:

but not including the area, situated in Universal Transverse Mercator (UTM) Zone 10, and contained within the following described boundaries:
