OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated June 27, 2006, and pursuant to

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, and to Order in Council 2002-286 dated June 17, 2002, is pleased, effective June 27, 2006, to appoint the Honourable Bill Dooks, a Member of the Executive Council, as Minister of Energy.
