Order in Council 1517/2016

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

pursuant to subsection 110(2) of the Labour Relations Act, 1995 ,

Michael McFadden of Toronto

be reappointed as full-time vice-chair of the Ontario Labour Relations Board for a fixed term of three years, effective November 5, 2016.
