OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture dated April 25, 2012, and pursuant to

Section 3 of

Chapter 308 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Natural Products Act, is pleased to: (

a) appoint Dave Davies of Kentville, Kings County, as Member and Chair of the Natural Products Marketing Council for a term of 3 years commencing May 22, 2012; (

b) appoint Carol Versteeg of Milford Station, Hants County, as a Member of the Natural Products Marketing Council for a term of 3 years commencing May 22, 2012; (

c) reappoint Jeanne Cruikshank of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax), as a Member of the Natural Products Marketing Council for a term of 3 years commencing August 1, 2012; (

d) order that Dave Davies be remunerated for service as Member and Chair in the amount of $150 per day and be reimbursed for reasonable expenses incurred in fulfilling duties as Member and Chair provided such reimbursements do not exceed those normally paid to members of the civil service; and (

e) order that Carol Versteeg and Jeanne Cruikshank be remunerated for service as Members in the amount of $100 per day and be reimbursed for reasonable expenses incurred in fulfilling duties as Members provided such reimbursements do not exceed those normally paid to members of the civil service.
