OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Business dated January 8, 2015, and pursuant to
Section 9 of the Nova Scotia Business Incorporated Financial Assistance Regulations , N.S. Reg 133/2001 made pursuant to
Chapter 30 of the Acts of 2000, the Nova Scotia Business Incorporated Act , is pleased to consent to the decision of the Board of Directors of Nova Scotia Business Incorporated dated December 18th, 2014, to provide a business development incentive by way of a payroll rebate to Global Relay Communications Inc. in an amount not to exceed Two Million, Thirty-Two Thousand, Eight Hundred Dollars ($2,032,800.00).
