Order in Council 1015/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 2(3) and 2(5) of the Financial Services Tribunal Act, 2017, Ian McSweeney of Orangeville be re-appointed as a part-time member of the Financial Services Tribunal (“Tribunal”) and re-designated as the part-time chair of the Tribunal for a fixed term of two years effective September 13, 2025.
