Order in Council 1105/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

By Order in Council O.C. 733/2020, Cyndee Todgham-Cherniak of Toronto was appointed as part-time member of the Financial Services Tribunal. Ms. Todgham-Cherniak resigned effective June 24, 2021.

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the Financial Services Tribunal Act, 2017 , Order in Council O.C. 733/2020 is revoked effective June 24, 21.
