OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Labour and Advanced Education and the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Internal Services dated April 22, 2020, and pursuant to

Section 6 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Labour and Advanced Education entering into an amending funding agreement with the Provinces of Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, and Prince Edward Island, as well as with the Council of Atlantic Premiers, to fund the development and implementation of a Shared Apprenticeship Management IT System, on terms and conditions set forth in

Schedule “A” effective on and after May 26, 2020, subject only to variations that do not materially change the nature of the agreement.
