Section 26 of
Chapter 214 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Human Rights Act, and
Section 18 of
Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the
Interpretation Act, and all authority in him vested is pleased to appoint Karen Fitzner as Acting Director of the Nova Scotia Human Rights Commission effective May 1, 2011.
