OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and the Minister of Community Services dated June 19, 2008, and pursuant to subsection (1) of
Section 44 of
Chapter 9 of the Acts of 2007, the Financial Measures
(2007) Act, and subsection (7) of
Section 3 of
Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes, 1989, the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to order and declare by proclamation that Sections 11 and 12 of
Chapter 9 of the Acts of 2007, the Financial Measures
(2007) Act, which amends
Chapter 203 of the Revised Statutes, 1989, the Homes for Special Care Act, do come into force on and not before July 15, 2008.
