OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Energy dated December 18, 2012, and pursuant to

Section 118 of

Chapter 380 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Utilities Act, is pleased to make regulations to provide for a definition of general rate increase and to establish certain limitations on the extent to which executive salaries of Nova Scotia Power Incorporated may be recovered from electricity rates, in the form set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after December 21, 2012.
