OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Public Works dated October 18, 2022, and pursuant to
Section 77 of
Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act , is pleased to authorize the Minister of Public Works entering into a net debt obligation not to exceed $583,900,000, which represents the total net amount of revised capital costs for the Department of Public Works' Highway Improvement Plan for fiscal years 2023-2024 to 2029-2030.
