CHAPTER

An Act to repeal The Mineral Taxation Act (Assented to May 4, 1993) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:

Short title This Act may be cited as The Mineral Taxation Repeal Act. R.S.S. 1978, c.M-17 repealed The Mineral Taxation Act is repealed. Coming into force This Act comes into force on the day of assent.
