The Regulatory Accountability Act and Amendments to The Statutes and Regulations Act ( S.M. 2017, c. 21 )

With the advice and consent of the Executive Council of Manitoba, we name:
(
a) July 1, 2019, as the day on which sections 9 and 12 of The Regulatory Accountability Act and Amendments to The Statutes and Regulations Act (S.M. 2017, c. 21) come into force; and
(
b) October 1, 2019, as the day on which subsection 17(4) of that Act insofar as it enacts sections 34.3, 34.4 and 34.6 of The Statutes and Regulations Act comes into force.
Sur l'avis et avec le consentement du Conseil exécutif du Manitoba, nous fixons :
a) au 1 er juillet 2019 la date d'entrée en vigueur des articles 9 et 12 de la
Loi sur la responsabilisation en matière de réglementation et modifiant la
Loi sur les textes législatifs et réglementaires , c. 21 des L.M. 2017 ;
