Order in Council 1480/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 5(2) of the Ontario Municipal Board Act , Hugh Wilkins of Toronto be reappointed a part-time member of the Ontario Municipal Board for a period effective from September 2, 2017, and ending April 1, 2019.
