Order in Council 2190/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Jennifer Khurana was reappointed a full-time member of the Social Benefits Tribunal for a term of three years, effective July 15, 2015, by Order in Council O.C. 738/2015;

And

whereas Jennifer Khurana tendered her resignation effective September 29, 2017;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 77(

a) of the Legislation Act, 2006 and subsection 61(1) of the Ontario Works Act, 1997 , Order in Council O.C. 738/2015 be revoked effective September 29, 2017.
