Order in Council 529/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 169(1) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 , and subsection 16(2) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Kim Elizabeth Bugby of Strathroy be reappointed full-time member and Associate Chair of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a period effective March 23, 2018, and ending December 31, 2018.
