On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:
Pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Private Security and Investigative Services Act, 2005 , as amended, Catherine McLinden of Toronto be appointed as Registrar of Private Investigators and Security Guards, effective from the later of April 15, 2022, or the date this Order in Council is made, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not extending beyond December 30, 2022.
