Order in Council 1912/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

pursuant to the provisions of subsection 1(1) of the Crown Attorneys Act , R.S.O. 1990, c. C.49 and subsection 77 of the Legislation Act 2006 , S.O. 2006, c. 21, Sched. F, the appointment of Mary Eleanor Pascuzzi as a full-time Assistant Crown Attorney, made by the Order in Council numbered O.C. 284/2009 and dated February 18, 2009, be revoked effective May 1, 2017.
