Order in Council 1429/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Order in Council numbered O.C. 1585/2019 dated October 31, 2019 that appointed Tammy Cotie of Brockville as a part-time member of the Council of the Ontario College of Pharmacists under the Pharmacy Act, 1991 , be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
