CHAPTER

An Act to amend The Municipal Employees’ Superannuation Act (Assented to May 11, 1983) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:

Short title This Act may be cited as The Municipal Employees’ Superannuation Amendment Act, 1983. Rev. Stat. c.M-18 repealed The Municipal Employees’ Superannuation Act is amended in the manner set forth in this Act.

Section amended Subsection 22(2) is amended by striking out “ other annuity ” and substituting “annuity, other than the annuity under subsection 19(5),”.

Section amended

Section is amended: (

a) by striking out “one-half” in clause (

a) and substituting “be 60%”; and (

b) by striking out “one-half” in subclause (b)(

i) and substituting “60% of”.

Section amended

Section is amended by striking out “one-half”: (

a) in clause (a); and (

b) in clause (b); and in each case substituting “60%”.

Section amended Clause 57(

d) is repealed and the following substituted: “(
