Section 6 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased to approve, effective on and after December 13, 2010, the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations entering into a Memorandum of Understanding with the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency and Driver and Vehicle Agency of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, in the form set forth in

Schedule "A", attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation.
