OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated June 11, 2026, and pursuant to
Section 7 of
Chapter 15 of the Acts of 2023, the Regulated Health Professions Act and
Section 18 of
Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the
Interpretation Act , hereby revokes the appointment of John-David Brown of Halifax Regional Municipality as a public representative of the Board of the Nova Scotia Regulator of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy made by Order in Council 2025-30 dated February 6, 2025, effective June 23, 2026.
