OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated August 18, 1999, pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the

Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (

a) effective July 24, 1999, revoke the appointment of Linda L. Brownless of Windsor, Hants County, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits while employed with Robert C. Levy, which appointment was made by Order in Council 85-35 dated January 22, 1985; and (

b) appoint Linda L. Brownless of Windsor, Hants County, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits to expire August 31, 2004.
