Statute: Agricultural Marshland Conservation Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries dated March 22, 2005, and pursuant to

Section 7 of

Chapter 22 of the Acts of 2000, the Agricultural Marshland Conservation Act, is pleased, effective on and after April 22, 2005, to: (

a) revoke the per diem of $50 per day approved by Order in Council 2001-307 dated June 29, 2001; (

b) determine the rate of remuneration to be $100 per day for members of the Agricultural Marshland Conservation Commission; (

c) determine the rate of remuneration to be $125 per day for the member designated as Chair of the Agricultural Marshland Conservation Commission; (

d) determine the per diem rate in (

b) and (

c) applies to the Members of the Agricultural Marshland Conservation Commission appointed by Order in Council 2004-449 dated November 18, 2004.
