OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated July 3, 2003, pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the

Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (

a) revoke the appointment of Albert C. White, made pursuant to Order in Council 2000-90 dated March 1, 2000, while employed with the Canadian Corps of Commissionaires; and (

b) appoint Albert C. White of R.R.#6 Bridgewater, Lunenburg County, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, for a term to expire July 31, 2008.
