Loi sur l’évaluation Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as fol- lows: Sa Majesté, sur l’avis et avec le consentement de l’As- semblée législative du Nouveau-Brunswick, édicte : 1 Subsection 21(1) of the Assessment Act,

chapter A-14 of the Revised Statutes, 1973, is amended by striking out “containing such information as is prescribed by regu- lation”. 1 Le paragraphe 21(1) de la

Section of the Act is amended L’article de la Loi est modifié (

a) by repealing subsection (4) and substituting the following:

a) par l’abrogation du paragraphe (4) et son rem- placement par ce qui suit : 23(4) The assessment and tax roll shall be open to public inspection in the form and manner that the Director con- siders appropriate and may be available electronically. 23(4) Le rôle d’évaluation et d’impôt doit pouvoir être examiné par le public selon la forme et la manière que le directeur estime appropriées et peut être disponible sur support électronique. (

b) by adding after subsection (4) the following:

b) par l’adjonction de ce qui suit après le paragra- phe (4) : 23(4.1) The Director may release information contained in the assessment and tax roll, except the names and mail- ing addresses of persons in whose name real property is assessed, to any person or body who the Director considers appropriate. 23(4.1)

Le directeur peut communiquer à toute personne ou à tout organisme qu’il estime indiqués des renseigne- ments qui se trouvent dans le rôle d’évaluation et d’impôt, à l’exception des noms et des adresses postales des per- sonnes au nom duquel les biens réels sont évalués. (

c) by repealing subsection (5) and substituting the following:

c) par l’abrogation du paragraphe (5) et son rem- placement par ce qui suit : 1 23(5) An assessment list shall be open to public inspec- tion in the form and manner that the Director considers appropriate and may be available electronically. 23(5) Une liste d’évaluation doit pouvoir être examinée par le public selon la forme et la manière que le directeur estime appropriées et peut être disponible sur support élec- tronique. 3 Subsection 26(4) of the Act is repealed and the fol- lowing is substituted: 3 Le paragraphe 26(4) de la Loi est abrogé et remplacé par ce qui suit : 26(4) The Review Registers shall be open to public in- spection in the form and manner that the Director considers appropriate and may be available electronically. 26(4) Les registres sur les révisions doivent pouvoir être examinés par le public selon la forme et la manière que le directeur estime appropriées et peuvent être disponibles sur support électronique. 4 Paragraph 40(1)(a.3) of the Act is repealed and the following is substituted: 4 L’alinéa 40(1)a.3) de la Loi est abrogé et remplacé par ce qui suit : (a.3) prescribing information to be contained in the assessment and tax roll; a.3) prescrivant les renseignements que doivent ren- fermer le rôle d’évaluation et d’impôt; 5 Sections and of this Act come into force on a day to be fixed by proclamation. 5 Les articles et de la présente loi entrent en vigueur à la date fixée par proclamation.
