Chapter 1 of the Acts of 1994-95, the Environment Act, is pleased to order and declare by proclamation that

Section 1, subsections 2(1) and 4(1) and

Section 6 of

Chapter 46 of the Acts of 2022,

An Act to Amend

Chapter 1 of the Acts of 1994-95, the Environment Act, do come into force on and not before December 11, 2024.
