OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated May 6, 2014, and pursuant to subsection 13(1) of
Part II of
Chapter 250 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Land Titles Clarification Act, is pleased to approve Petition Number 37939 and authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to issue certificates of release to the effect that the Crown asserts no interest or claim to the parcels of land containing a total of 19,080 hectares, more or less, located within the Counties of Colchester, Cumberland and Pictou, as shown outlined in bold on Schedules "A" to "E" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation.
