CHAPTER

An Act to amend The Industrial Incentive Program Act (Assented to May 29, 1985) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:

Short title This Act may be cited as The Industrial Incentive Program Amendment Act, 1985. S.S. 1983-84, c.I-4.1,

section amended Clause 5(2)(

a) of The Industrial Incentive Program Act is amended by striking out “March 31, 1985” and substituting “the prescribed date”. Coming into force This Act comes into force on the day of assent but is retroactive and is deemed to have been in force on and from April 1, 1985.
