Section 1 of the Personal Health Information Privacy and Access Act,

chapter P-7.05 of the Acts of New Brunswick, 2009, is amended by repealing the def- inition “research data centre” and substituting the fol- lowing: 1(1) L’article 1 de la

Section 44 of the Act is amended by adding after paragraph (

CONSEQUENTIAL AMENDMENTS AND COMMENCEMENT MODIFICATIONS CORRÉLATIVES ET ENTRÉE EN VIGUEUR Child and Youth Advocate Act

e) of the Child and Youth Advo- cate Act,

chapter C-2.7 of the Acts of New Brunswick, 2007, is repealed and the following is substituted: 11 L’alinéa 22(4)

e) de la

Loi sur le défenseur des en- fants et de la jeunesse, chaptire C-2.7 des Lois du Nouveau-Brunswick de 2007, est abrogé et remplacé par ce qui suit : (

e) information protected from disclosure by

section 16.1 of the Mental Health Act;

e) les renseignements protégés contre la divulgation par l’article 16.1 de la

Loi sur la santé mentale; Ombudsman Act

Loi sur l’Ombudsman 12 Paragraph 19.2(3)(

e) of the Ombudsman Act,

chapter O-5 of the Revised Statutes, 1973, is repealed and the following is substituted: 12 L’alinéa 19.2(3)

e) de la

Loi sur l’Ombudsman,

chapitre O-5 des Lois révisées de 1973, est abrogé et remplacé par ce qui suit : (
