Order in Council 374/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to Subsection 29(3) of the Public Service Pension Plan set out in

Schedule 1, as amended, to the Public Service Pension Act, 1989, Order in Council O.C. 1621/2019 dated October 31, 2019 appointing Michael Briscoe as a member of the Ontario Public Service Pension Board is revoked effective February 9, 2021.
