Order in Council 1013/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 7(1) of the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care Appeal and Review Boards Act, 1998,

Yves Fricot of Thunder Bay

be reappointed as a part-time member of the Health Services Appeal and Review Board for a period of three years, effective August 12, 2017 to and including August 11, 2020.
