Order in Council 398/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 9(2) of the Public Service of Ontario Act, 2006 ,

Nosa Ero-Brown

be appointed as a member of the Public Service Commission, effective March 18, 2024, for a term not extending beyond the earlier of July 11, 2025 and the date she ceases to be Chief Talent Officer.

AND that as a member of the Public Service Commission, Nosa Ero-Brown be designated as vice-chair and may exercise the powers and duties of the Chair when the Chair is absent or unable to act.
