OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated February 4, 2000, pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the

Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (

a) revoke the appointment of Christine M. Shaw of Lower Sackville, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits while employed with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, which appointment was made by Order in Council 96-801 dated October 29, 1996; and (

b) appoint Christine M. Hughes of Lower Sackville, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits while employed with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police.
