OIC Text: The Governor in Council is pleased to make the following appointments: To be appointed as a Justice of the Peace pursuant to the Justices of the Peace Act: Carol Moulaison of Dartmouth, Halifax Regional Municipality, while employed with the Department of Justice; To be appointed as Commissioners pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act: Melissa J. Adams of Digby, Digby County, for a term to expire November 30, 2005; and William Alexander Doggett of Milton, Region of Queens Municipality, while employed with the South Shore District School Board.
