OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated September 6, 2000, pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the

Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (

a) revoke the appointment of Donna M. Fraser of New Glasgow, Pictou County, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, while employed with Goodman MacDonald Patterson, which appointment was made by Order in Council 90-1289 dated October 30, 1990; and (

b) appoint Donna M. Pitts of New Glasgow, Pictou County, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, while employed with Goodman MacDonald Patterson.
