B.C. Reg. 117/2013 , deposited March 19, 2013, pursuant to the LAND TAX DEFERMENT ACT [section 18 (2) (a)]. Order in Council 147/2013, approved and ordered March 18, 2013.
On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that
section 1.1 (2) of the Land Tax Deferment Regulation, B.C. Reg. 57/98, is amended by striking out “For the purpose of
section 5 (1) (d) (iii) of the Act,” and substituting “For the purposes of the Act,”.
