OIC Text: The Governor in Council is pleased to make the following appointments: To be reappointed as a Commissioner pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act: Lois Schemm of Sydney, Cape Breton Regional Municipality, for a term commencing September 2, 2001 and ending September 30, 2006; To be appointed as Commissioners pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act: Terry Cavadini of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, for a term to expire December 31, 2006; Peter G.

Cook of Liverpool, Region of Queens Municipality, for a term to expire December 31, 2006; Phyllis Ann Hynes of Guysborough, Guysborough County, for a term to expire December 31, 2006; Dr. Gerald P. Reardon of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, for a term to expire December 31, 2006; and Tracy Saulnier-Terrio of Digby, Digby County, while employed with the Province of Nova Scotia.
