OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health dated October 4, 2005, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 14 of the Acts of 1998, the Health Research Foundation Act, and
Section 44A of
Chapter 70 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Civil Service Act, is pleased to appoint the following persons as members of the Board of Directors of the Health Research Foundation for a three year term commencing November 1, 2005, and ending October 31, 2008: Florence Pinard of Dartmouth, Halifax Regional Municipality; Ian Thompson of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality; Dr. Richard Singer of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality; and Dr. Lori Francis of Tantallon, Halifax Regional Municipality.
