OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Environment and Labour dated September 4, 2007, and pursuant to

Section 112 of

Chapter 1 of the Acts of 1994-95, the Environment Act, is pleased to amend the Air Quality Regulations, N.S. Reg. 28/2005, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 2005-87 dated February 25, 2005, to revise mercury emission caps to implement the Canada-Wide Standards for Mercury Emissions from Coal-Fired Electric Power Generation Plants and to make certain administrative changes in the manner set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective on and after September 25, 2007.
