Order in Council 320/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 333(2) and 151(2) of the Child, Youth and Family Services Act, 2017 and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Tamara Jordan of Toronto be appointed as part-time member and vice-chair of the Child and Family Services Review Board and the Custody Review Board for a fixed term of two years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.

Further,

whereas Tamara Jordan was reappointed as part-time member of the Child and Family Services Review Board and the Custody Review Board for a fixed term of three years, effective October 21, 2021 by Order in Council O.C. 1421/2021;

Therefore, Order in Council O.C. 1421/2021 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
