Order in Council 1881/2016

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Order in Council numbered O.C. 1188/2015 dated September 8, 2015 that appointed

Wayne Desormeaux of Kemptville

as a part-time member of the Board of Health for the Leeds, Grenville and Lanark District Health Unit under the Health Protection and Promotion Act , be revoked effective September 6, 2016, as the member has resigned.
