Order in Council 1316/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Ontario Land Tribunal Act, 2021 , Tony Prevedel of Whitby be reappointed as full-time member of the Ontario Land Tribunal for a fixed term of three years, effective October 8, 2021.
