OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Business, dated August 9, 2018, and pursuant to paragraphs 105, 108, 109 and 112 of the Articles of Association of Develop Nova Scotia is pleased to: (
a) reappoint Dale Godsoe, of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax) as a voting member and designate her as Chair of the Board of Directors of Develop Nova Scotia for a term of four (4) years commencing September 4, 2018; and (
b) authorize the payment of $150.00 per day plus reasonable expenses to Dale Godsoe for work involving Develop Nova Scotia.
