Order in Council 1092/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to clause 7(1)(

b) of the Opticianry Act, 1991 , Stephen Kinsella of Barrie, be reappointed as a part-time member of the Council of the College of Opticians of Ontario to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period of three years, effective September 21, 2019.
