Section 17 of

Chapter 208 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Hospitals Act , is pleased to amend the Hospitals Regulations , N.S. Reg. 53/2015, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 2015-77 dated March 24, 2015, in the manner set forth in

Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after December 11, 2024.
