OIC Text: The Governor in Council, on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Public Works and the Minister of Natural Resources and Renewables dated December 21, 2022, and pursuant to
Section 77 of
Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act , is pleased to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources and Renewables entering into a net debt obligation for the capital costs associated with the Graves Island Causeway Rehabilitation Project.
